Working with teens over phone and video has been an easy transition. While many adults are struggling to use Zoom to connect with their colleagues, teens are already fluent with Skype, FaceTime, and Google Meet, and have been using these to get in touch with our therapists in our NYC therapy center’s offices in Tribeca and Park Slope, Brooklyn for years. Now, while they are missing important milestones, vacations and most importantly, their friends–all while quarantined with their parents, we find teens need an outlet outside of their house to talk to.
