THE ULTIMATE CULINARY RESOURCE FOR JOURNALISTS

At The Culinary Institute of America, When We Speak Food, the World Listens. With campuses in New York, California, and Texas, the chefs and faculty of the CIA provide the ultimate culinary resource for journalists. With more than 60 years of experience as The World’s Premier Culinary College, the CIA draws acknowledged masters of the culinary world to our faculty. These talented chefs and industry experts are available for interviews on a variety of topics, including trends in business, food, lifestyle, and wine, as well as cooking and baking techniques.

If you are a member of the media, we invite you to sign up for our media-only mailing list. We promise not to share your information, and signing up is an easy way to stay informed about all the happenings at the CIA. For additional information about the CIA, or to schedule an interview, please contact Jeff Levine at 845-451-1372 or by e-mail at Jeff.Levine@culinary.edu.

Advertising Inquiries
As a not-for-profit college, the CIA has a limited advertising budget, and generally does not do a significant amount of paid advertising. We also do not participate in pay-for-placement opportunities on broadcast television. If you are a sales representative, and would like to approach the CIA about advertising, please do not call us directly. Instead, please send a media kit to: The Culinary Institute of America, Marketing Department, 1946 Campus Drive, Hyde Park, NY 12538.
