Bankrupt Tennis Line Prince Scores $15M Licensing Deal

Law360, New York (May 10, 2012, 4:18 PM EDT) -- Bankrupt Prince Sports Inc. agreed Wednesday to license its iconic brands to Battle Sports Science LLC in a deal that will return at least $15 million to the ailing tennis equipment supplier and keep it in the game for the upcoming season. The agreement, which requires the approval of a Delaware bankruptcy judge, allows Battle Sports Science the right to source, market and distribute Prince products in the U.S. through the end of 2017.
