Kesha Marianas Housing Rota Rep Steals $846 Plus Utilities Rebate Checks From Wife of Brad Pitt

Arriving Rota just days ago to hand in her keys after several months of homelessness and a donation card to obtain the funds for the flight was met by a new representative with the confirmation that Barrie Toves had moved on.End her housing agreement in December 2012, ironically so was her Guam food stamps assistance also cut, but why was her checks for rebated utility usage not applied to the still outstanding $541.00 or so amount past due listed on her namesake and bill with Northern Marianas Housing.Was the sudden termination of her #20Kesha unit to cover up the fact that the checks had already been cashed by another and why when arrived at the office in Rota were they not held over for her to sign for and collect.

She noted on the register arrival to office sheet others signing in as the purpose of their visit to "collect check." Why are the checks not waiting for the former tenant of #20 to also collect and otherwise why were they not applied to her account. An amount of $166 taken each month for utilities from the reimbursement check meant that a balance of $141 was paid to her and even resolved as far as the utilities company was concerned by Jan 2013. Only for Toves' month attempts to back-down the collecting of the checks by Kesha Coggins aka Kesha Pitt the wife of both Brad Pitt and spouse of Gossip Girl star Chace Crawford to the point that the local police were called in when Toves blocked her entry into the office where the checks were denied her upon his desk.

I am leaving the region permanently and want to port my section 8 housing voucher to Hawaii. I am traveling on the 7th to Saipan but will not necessarily be able to afford moving onto Hawaii and the additional expense of traveling onto Rota from Saipan. The ticket is $1200.00.I would need to collect all 12 checks and any mail that had been forwarded to your office since I noticed during my last visited the office in June. I will collect them and the voucher from the North Marianas Housing authority in Saipan as well as turn in the keys to unit #20. Thank you.
