IPCC has received and confirmed several of my annual complaints about this horrendously corrupt police officer who first insisted the break up of myself and Alastair Burlingham, a then Merryll Lynch London banker, only to discover after the Appellant court made Burlingham my witness instead of his 20 pages of so called crime claims against me in the initial court case 1999/2000 blowup in their face. Two years later he and the Marylebone Police borough attempt to set me up again with Burlingham son and father false claims the matter was dismissed from court and no arrested for perverting the public course of justice yet.
